I am currently renovating an old Victorian house in central Ballarat and recently engaged Will to restump it. During the course of this restumping Will provided excellent service. He is friendly and easy to work with, but also very professional in the way he carries out his business. The original stumps were set on blue stone rocks, which Will and his team had to manually remove before setting new stumps. It has four Victorian chimneys, all at different heights which Will had to align the floor with. Despite the number of problems incurred (which is to be expected with old houses) the job was carried out on time and on quote and I now have a level floor. I can confidently recommend Will as a solid and reliable and certainly an expert in his field.

The works undertaken by Will and his team included removal of hardwood flooring, partial removal of built in cupboards, repairs to floor joists and bearers, and renewal of floor with recycled baltic pine. Will Cass and his staff have been extremely punctual, professional and very responsive throughout the entire process from quotes to implementation. The standard of Will’s work is extremely high. His attention to detail to works undertaken on my 1853 heritage property was without question and he listened and understood my requirements. The finished product however, is beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Will and his team to anyone.
